Technical Support Services

Studio Support

TecStiX provides technical expertise for studio design and maintenance.  Areas of focus include general facility design/configuration, pro audio hardware selection/configuration, and Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) consulting (see Education Services).

PA Systems

TecStiX will provide Audio Engineering expertise with regard to the design and implementation of Public Address systems.  Services include wiring design, equipment recommendations, and construction of the main console.

TecStiX is also available for on-going support of existing Public Address systems.  Services include evaluation of installed systems for repair or upgrade and consultation and training for in-house personnel.

Equipment Repair

TecStiX is also able to evaluate failed equipment (triage, if you will) and repair the most common minor problems of loose wires,  broken jacks, and corrosion build-up.  More complex circuitry issues are forwarded to manufacturer certified repair technicians.
